OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

Many of our current Apartment owners were first time buyers, looking for a good quality, ergonomically designed, officially convenient Apartments based in a residential area to live with their family, which means it was or is their dream to own a home one day that we successfully fulfilled, but before our current apartment owners met us there’s was always this fear because of so many negative things they had read in the media and heard from friends and relatives about small scale apartment projects having issues i.e. walls having leakages, the property goes into legal issues or the promoter delays the completion due to lack of funds, quality of material used is sub-standard to name a few, but we are glad to say that all our apartment owners after a couple of month living on our apartments have realized that they had taken a good and wise decision by choosing our project and can now peacefully enjoy the fruits of their lifelong hard earned money as a Project with Liam Construction Co. put their fears to rest.

Till date we have never delayed any project, and one of our biggest achievement is to have finished so and so project in second lockdown (March 2021) when many big builders and their projects were delayed or stalled.

We are one of the favorite with the investor apartment buyers who purchase properties to later rent it out and or to sell it in the future for a higher price, as we focus on the working small families, our projects have easy accessibility to working hubs, thus are easily rentable and since we mostly focus on projects in developing areas with easy access to Electronic city, Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Bannerghatta Road, Jayanagar, MG Road and connectivity to Nice Road etc., the apartment value price too appreciates faster than an already developed area.

One of our secret to our success is our amazing architect team, who design 2-3 bedrooms apartments in between 900-1500 sqft, many potential buyers when they hear this, they feel it must be this cramped up claustrophobic rooms, but when they do a site visit, 2 out 3 potential apartment buyers ask us “Are you sure it’s only 1100 sqft, it feels bigger”.
